The Huff Realty Taste: Blue Ash Food & Music Festival, presented by the Ohio Lottery, Kroger, and Toyota, is a two-day event featuring a variety of food, live music, and family fun! The festival is August 25 & 26th, from noon-11PM, at Summit Park. In addition to the great music lineup, concert-goers will be able to choose from a wide variety of local food trucks and unique food vendors over the two-day period!  The event is free and open to the public.

EVENT SCHEDULE:
The festival hours are noon-11PM both days. Setting up of personal items may begin at 7AM (see “Event Seating” for details). The gates open at noon. The event is held rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, updates will be available on BlueAshEvents.com.

PROHIBITED ITEMS: 
Coolers

Alcohol

Tarps, tents (including shade tents)

Fireworks and other projectiles

Illegal substances

Laser pointers and aerosol cans

Noise-making devices (horns, whistles, etc.)

Pets

Any wheeled devices (motorized or human powered) such as bicycles, skateboards, mopeds, etc.

Other items as determined by event staff for safety of patrons

Oversized bags, backpacks, and purses are subject to inspection by Event Staff prior to entrance to the venue or at any time while inside the venue.

National Artists prohibit photographs, audio or video recording of their concerts.

EVENT SEATING/GENERAL ADMISSION
Admission is free and tickets are not required for musical entertainment. Seating is NOT provided. Setup of personal chairs to “reserve” a seating area is necessary. Please follow all guidelines in place for setting up chairs:

-     Personal items may be setup beginning at 7AM on Friday and Saturday and must be placed each day regardless of the day you are visiting.

-     Participants must use surrounding parking lots to park temporarily while setting up chairs.

-     The overflow parking lot onsite will be cleared and closed at 10am.

-     Stopping or parking on the surrounding roadways to drop off chairs is NOT PERMITTED. This presents a safety issue and vehicles not observing this rule will be ticketed by law enforcement.

-     Shade tents, tarps, and blankets are not permitted.

-     Personal items must be removed from the premises promptly after each night to allow event staff to clean.

-     Any items left behind during clean-up of the event site will be discarded by Event Staff.

-     City of Blue Ash is not responsible for property lost, stolen, damaged, or left unattended.

-     Pergola and swings will NOT be available for reserving or open seating.

PARKING LOCATIONS:
Attendees may park in any lots that are marked “Event Parking”. Absolutely no recreational vehicles are permitted in any parking locations without the express permission from the parking lot business owner. The City of Blue Ash has suggested business owners tow RVs that are not observing this requirement. RVs not gaining permission from the business may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Handicap Parking Location:
Gate C at the Summit Park Venue –Handicap tag/plate will be need to be displayed.

ROAD CLOSURES
Road closures are not in effect for this event.  The use of designated cross-walks is highly recommended for safety purposes.
